Can I order from abroad?

Yes, we ship to most European countries. For areas not covered by our couriers, including non-European countries, you can place your order by phone or email. For the United States, shipping is handled directly from our local US warehouse. In this case, orders must be placed through our dedicated website: www.misceladorousa.com

What should I do if I receive the wrong or a damaged product?

Please contact us immediately at eshop@misceladoro.it with a photo of the product and a description of the issue. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Can I add a product to an already confirmed order?

At the moment, it is not possible to select a specific delivery date or time. However, you will receive updates from the courier to track your package.

Delivery in Italy takes up to 48 business hours, while international shipments are delivered within 10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! You’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also visit the “Track Your Order” section or enter the tracking code on dhl.com, fedex.com or ups.com.

What happens if I’m not home at the time of delivery?

DHL will attempt another delivery or leave instructions on how to collect the package from a pickup point.
