Delivery Methods
We deliver your coffee in Italy via GLS express courier and internationally via DHL, FedEx or UPS, to ensure fast and reliable service from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. We work with the best partners to guarantee outstanding delivery, wherever you are.

Delivery Times
We aim to get your coffee to you as quickly as possible: deliveries within Italy are made within 48 working hours, and international shipments are completed within 10 working days from purchase. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll keep you informed.

Order Confirmation and Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your coffee’s journey every step of the way. You can also track your shipment directly on dhl.com, fedex.com or ups.com, by entering the tracking number for real-time updates. Alternatively, visit the “Track Your Order” section on our website and enter your order ID and billing email to check the status of your delivery anytime.

Right of Withdrawal
If you purchased coffee machines or accessories and changed your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know. Just get in touch — we’ll guide you through the return process step by step.

Return Conditions
We only accept returns of products that are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of perishable goods or food products that may spoil or expire quickly.

Refund Process
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll issue a refund in the form of store credit within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until the returned item is received or until proof of shipment is provided.
